Start with 3 fresh large eggs.

Whisk and slowly pour the milk in.

Add the sugar.

Add the flour & salt.

Spread the cherries at the bottom of a buttered baking dish.

Pour batter over top.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C)
