Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer to dissolve sugar and create a simple syrup.

Slice the clementines in half or use any citrus you like.

Combine the simple syrup with the juice. Add to a sheet tray and freezer for 1 hour.

After an hour scrape with a fork to create ice crystals. Place back in the freezer for another hour.
