Coconut ice- A No Bake Slice!
Desiccated coconut, condensed milk, icing sugar, vanilla and raspberry dust.

Divide the condensed milk between two bowls.

Add vanilla to one bowl and raspberry dust to the other.

Divide the icing sugar between the two bowls.

Divide the coconut between the two bowls.

Press the white layer into 20cm square lined - or silicone cake pan. Then spread the pink layer over. Refrigerate for 3 hours is until set.

Slice then chop into squares.
