Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites
In a blender, add eggs, heavy cream, cottage cheese, Gruyere cheese, hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and blend until smooth
Spray egg mold with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Monterrey jack cheese into each opening, then add bacon pieces and push down into the mold
Add mixture and fill about two-thirds full
Add one cup of water to your pot to pressure cook, next place your egg mold on your trivet inside your pot
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Let your pot natural release for 10 minutes after
Allow to cool for 3 minutes and enjoy!
