Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites
In a blender add eggs, heavy cream, cottage cheese, Gruyere cheese, hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, blend until smooth
Spray egg mold with cooking spray, and sprinkle with Monterrey jack cheese into each opening, bacon pieces and push down into the mold
Add mixture in molds and fill about two-thirds full
Add one cup of water to your pot, and place your egg mold on your trivet inside your pot
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Naturally release for 10 minutes
Allow to cool for 3 minutes and enjoy!
