Corn And Cauliflower Chowder With Bacon
Ingredients for corn cauliflower chowder with bacon

Cook 4 slices bacon, then remove from pot and put on a paper towel lined plate

Add 1 medium yellow onion, chopped and cook for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbs flour

Stir in 4 cups of milk

Add 2 cups corn and 1 pound potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Add 2 cups cauliflower florets

Add 1 tsp dried thyme

Add 1/8 tsp cayenne and 1 1/2 tsp salt

Let come to a boil, then let simmer for 15 minutes (or until potatoes are cooked through)

Add in cooked bacon

Serve with oyster crackers and enjoy!
