What you'll need

Frozen Or Fresh Cranberries

Banana
2 small heads
Baby Bok Choy

Orange (peeled)
1 cup
Nut milk
1/2 inch piece
Fresh Ginger Root
1 cup
Ice Cubes
2 tablespoons
Flax Powder (optional)
Pour prepared ingredients into your blender!

Blend on high until smooth.
