Creamy Artichoke Spinach Dip
That’s what you’ll need

Mix beans, soaked cashews, lemon juice & nutritional yeast in a food processor.

Roast onions with a bit of water for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and roast for another minute.

Add thawed spinach and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add drained artichokes.

Stir in bean cashew cream.

Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

Serve either warm or chilled.

Enjoy with whole grain crackers or baguettes. Yummy 😋
