Creamy Chicken And Mushroom Marsala
Whisk together the flour and spices in a shallow dish

Dredge the chicken breasts with flour mixture

Heat olive oil in large shallow pan

Add the breasts to hot pan (may have to do in two batches) and cook browning them

3-5 min per side until golden and cooked through

Heat butter and add prosciutto if using - cook until rendered and starting to crisp up

Add the mushrooms and cook until softened and golden

Season with salt & pepper then stir in the Marsala wine scraping bottom of pan & allow to simmer 1 min to cook off a bit of the alcohol

Then stir in the broth and allow to simmer until reduced by half and slightly thickened - approx 10 min

Stir in the cream and cook until sauce has thickened a little more, 2-3 min

Return the chicken to the pan; simmer gently to heat the chicken through

And then serve and enjoy!
