Curry Chicken Salad

Add shredded chicken and pecans to a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, curry, & ginger until well blended.
Mix the dressing into the shredded chicken until well combined.
Gently fold in the grapes.
Serve as is, or as a sandwich or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
