Combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar together in a large bowl

Create a flax egg by stirring together ground flax with water

Whisk together dairy-free milk, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a small bowl

Pour into bowl with dry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour in flax egg and stir again
