Cut hard-boiled eggs and remove yolks

Add yogurt & crème fraîche

Add 1 tbsp pesto, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar

Whizz together, taste and season

Add minced green onions

Seal it, make a small cut at one corner

Pipe in the egg mixture.
