Dipped Chocolate Waffle Cones
Add sugar to a mixing bowl.

Add egg whites.

Add heavy cream.

Add vanilla bean paste, extract or peppermint extract.

Add dark cocoa powder. Add the flour.

Add salt and melted butter. Mix to combine.

Add a small amount of batter to a waffle cone machine. Press down and cook.

When done, carefully remove the cone.

Wrap around the mold. Let sit for 3 minutes to cool. Repeat with remaining batter.

Let cool completely.

Melt the chocolate for dipping.

Dip the waffle cones into the chocolate and shake off excess. Dip into candy cane pieces.

Repeat and dip in Oreo crumbs. Let cool.
