DIY Fitness Motivation Bracelets {Part 1}
Gather materials: Cotton t-shirt or jersey knit, fusible fleece, heat transfer vinyl, & a plastic snap.
Download the free SVG designs from Create to Donate & prepare your favorite mantra for cutting.
Use your Silhouette or Cricut to cut out the design.
Weed your design(s) & set aside for later.
Cut a 3” x 9” piece of the jersey knit fabric & a 3/4” x 9” piece of the fusible fleece.
Fold t-shirt fabric in half & press. Open fabric up & fold both edges halfway toward center crease. Press again.
Place the fusible fleece on one side of center crease & press. Fold the edges toward the center and clip to secure.
Measure the bracelet & trim to size. Remember to leave enough room for the snap. An inch overlap for the snap is typical.
Top stitch around all four edges to finish forming the bracelet.
Measure 1” away from one end & mark w/a clip. Overlap the ends 1” end & pierce a hole through both layers of fabric. Install each part of the snap.
Press your HTV motivational mantra onto the bracelet.
Snap it on and get moving!
