4 1/2 cups
Whole Milk

Using the sauté button on IP, heat milk to 190 degrees F(87 degrees C).

Add Vanilla extract & sugar stir.

While heating, keep stirring being sure to NOT scrape the skim at the bottom of pot.

Allow milk to cool to around 110 degrees F. If milk skim forms on top, MUST remove.
To avoid the bottom of the pot skim mixing with yogurt, pour in a separate container.

Be sure milk is around 110 degrees F (47 degrees C) before adding the Oui yogurt to the milk.

Stir in Oui yogurt. Whisk until very smooth, this will prevent yogurt from having clumps.

Pour into containers (or right back into pot liner).

Make sure yogurt mixture is in pot securely, a lid can fit on top.

Cover with lid. (You can use the Regular PC lid, IP clear lid or any lid that fits pot)

Press IP yogurt button and set timer for 8-9hrs.
Once IP timer is done, be sure to check yogurt is firm.

Chill for 6-8 hours. Yogurt will continue to firm while chilling. Enjoy!
