Sit in a comfy & pull/stretch your left arm over your head to where you fingers touch your right ear

Cat cow- get on all fours and lift your shoulder to the sky & slide like a snake into the cow pose

Mediation! Breathe in your nose and out your mouth

Child’s pose! Your legs can be open as far as you’re comfortable.
