Mix 4 cups flour, 1 pkg instant yeast, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp rosemary & 1/2 cup Parmesan

Add 1 1/2 cups warm water & stir until thoroughly combined.

Pour out dough onto floured surface & knead 3-5 minutes.

Place dough into oiled bowl & coat top with oil. Cover bowl with towel, set in warm spot for 1-2 hrs

Place dough on floured surface, fold under itself several times to form into a ball.

Place dough in parchment paper lined bowl, brush with olive oil, cover & let rise until doubled.

Place in Dutch Oven, brush on olive oil, top with 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tbsp Parmesan & score with knife

Cover and bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take off lid & bake 8-10 minutes until golden.

Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
