Dough Ingredients

Add the flours & sugar

Add the baking powder & nutmeg

Add the vegetable oil

Mix till you reach this consistency/Add more oil if the dough is crumbling

Divide into same size balls

Filling Ingredients

Add the crushed pistachios, sugar & cinnamon

Slowly add water till you reach this consistency

Fill each dough ball with the filling

Choose any shape you want and place them on a baking paper

Bake for 15-20 mins then sprinkle some powdered sugar on top when done

Wait till they cool completely before eating
