Cut your apples into thin slices.

Add 2 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tsp nutmeg & 1 tsp cloves. Add 3 tbsp melted butter.

Rustically arrange your seasoned apple slices onto your pie dough. Store bought or homemade works.

Fold the corners of your pie crust over; I’m making a pumpkin shape so added a stem.

Add egg wash over your crust and sprinkle cinnamon over your apples. Cook at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Top with sea salt caramel gelato or eat as is!
