Make this! So easy & great with these sourdough flatbreads. EASY 5 MINUTE ASIAN DIPPING SAUCE

Sourdough starter, chopped green onion, sesame seeds. (Or rice toppers, even everything but bagel)

Hot griddle or non-stick pan heated to med-high. Olive oil & SD starter, about 1/2 C per pancake.

Sprinkle on your toppings.

Do you see those holes? Time to flip!When golden brown they’re done.

Using a Nori Komi Furikake Rice Topper on this one. SO GOOD. Gotta try it. And EBTB on the other.

A perfect use for Sourdough Starter discard. It tastes like a flavorful flatbread. Really good.
