Easy Blackberry Almond Strudel
*makes 2 strudels* Filling: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 can almond paste, 1 egg yolk.

Slightly flatten & roll out puff pastry. Slice diagonal cuts on outside edges about 1.5” wide.

Spread 1/2 the almond cream mix. Top with your favorite jam. Shout out to Anna’s Small Batch Jams!

Fold in edges, overlapping in the center. Brush with 1 beaten egg to glue them down. Seal the ends.

Transfer to parchment lined baking tray. Brush with egg wash. Sprinkle almonds & turbinado sugar.

Bake 400f 30 min. Almond Glaze: 1 C powdered sugar, a few drops almond extract, a few Tbs milk.

Drizzle on the almond glaze and enjoy!
