Easy Chicken Shashlik Kabobs
marinade: 1 tsp ginger & garlic, 1 tsp red chilies, 1/8 cup soy sauce & white vinegar, 2.5 tsp salt & mustard powder and 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix 2 pounds of chicken breast cut up into cubes with the marinade and set aside in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours

Chop 1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow onion, 2 Roma tomatoes and 8 Shishito peppers

Marinate with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper

Mix 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp tomato paste to make sauce

Bring to a boil and then add a cornstarch slurry of 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1/4 cup water to thicken

Take off the flame to use later

Broil the vegetables in the oven on high for 10 minutes

Air fry the marinated chicken at 350 for 15-20 minutes

Serve the chicken and vegetables with a side of garlic rice and drizzle of the sauce
