Easy Drop Blueberry Scones
add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, kosher salt, cinnamon & unsweetened coconut to a bowl

add grated butter ~ stir until the batter is crumbly

add frozen blueberries

stir in heavy cream and egg just until combined

divide the batter into 9 scones ~ each one with be about 1/2 cup or 3 ounces

put scones on a parchment lined baking sheet

brush with cream and sprinkle with sanding sugar

bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes
