Rub 1 tsp orange zest (optional) into 3/4 cup sugar - this is enough for two sheets of puff pastry

Unroll your puff pastry sheet (10*10) and scatter orange sugar on top

Score a line at the the halfway mark, then roll one side inwards then the other

Slice 1 cm thick slices

Place them on a cookie sheet and scatter a little additional orange sugar over top

Bake for 5-6 minutes at 400F then flip over and bake for another 3-4 till golden

Let cool completely before eating!
