Easy Homemade Soft Pretzels
Activate yeast with warm milk and brown sugar.

Yeast will be activated once bubbly and puffy (about 10 minutes).

Add butter, flour, and salt and stir to combine. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Add baking soda to a dish of water.

Grab a ball of dough and roll to form a long log. Take the ends and twist to form a pretzel.

Form the rest of the dough.

Dip the pretzels into the baking soda solution and place on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with salt and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

You can brush with butter before serving.
