Add 6 tbsp melted butter to a large mixing bowl.

Add 1 cup almond flour.

Add 4 tsp granular erythritol.

Add 2 tsp baking powder.

Add 2 large eggs.

Stir until ingredients are well combined.

Scoop batter onto waffle iron and cook each waffle for 2 minutes.

Remove cooked waffles and repeat cooking for remainder of batter.
