Easy Matcha & Spinach Muffins
To a mixing bowl add 2 cups of plain flour (gluten free if needed)

Add 2 Teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda

2 Teaspoons of matcha powder

Add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and set aside

To a bowl add 4 handfuls of spinach

To a blender add half the spinach

Add 3/4 Cup of almond milk

Add the remaining spinach

Add 2 mashed bananas

Add 2 Teaspoons of vanilla essence

Add 2 Teaspoons of honey or agave syrup

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

Stir well to combine

Spread even into a muffin tray & bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
