Easy No-Knead Pita Bread Recipe
Add 3 cups all-purpose flour (360g), 1 tsp.sea salt & 2 tsp.instant yeast.

Mix 1 1/2 tbsp.extra virgin olive oil to 1 cup of water. Add it to the dry ingredients.

Stir to mix evenly. Cover the bowl & let it rest for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add a little olive or vegetable oil to the work place. Flatten dough into a circle.

Fold each side towards middle,fold bottom up & top down to form an “envelop”fold.

Flip the dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Do 2nd set of folds. Repeat the same process as the 1st envelop fold.Cover & rest another 20 minutes

Repeat the same process for a 3rd envelop fold. Cover & let rise for 1 hour.

At the end of 1 hour, divide the dough into 8pcs. Roll out each pc.into a 6-8 inch circle.

Bake on hot oven steel for 2-3 minutes on the 1st side.Flip over & bake 1-2 minutes on the 2nd side.

Remove from the oven, cover w/ a clean towel. Until the Pita has cooled and deflated.
