Easy Oil-Free Sautéed Kale

Chopped Kale
2 Tbsp
Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp.
Garlic Powder
Chop and de-stem kale or get a bag of kale already chopped.

Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat and start cooking the kale.

Add water and cook until kale wilts and turns bright green.

Transfer cooked kale to a serving dish, add nutritional yeast and garlic powder and toss.

Drizzle with lemon and serve.
