Good morning! Salmon is a nutrient dense superfood that’s immune boosting & supports brain function!
Cut your salmon filet into single portions.
Line your pan with parchment paper for an easy clean up. Spread pesto evenly over salmon.
Add a small pat of butter and slice of lemon (optional)
Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes depending on how well done you like your salmon! This is medium.
Nice and flaky! Makes a great lunch, dinner or instead of lox on your bagel!
