Easy Puff Pastry Palmiers with Bacon & Swiss

Roll a sheet of puff pastry to 1/8-inch thick. Spread with cream-style horseradish.

Layer with shredded Gruyère cheese, caramelized onions, crumbled cooked bacon, and fresh thyme.

Gently press down the filling. Roll the pastry from the long sides, meeting in the middle.

Dampen the edges with water so they stick together. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm.

Cut palmiers into 1/4-inch slices and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F, 12-15 minutes, until golden. Serve hot or warm.
