Cook 1/2 onion chopped with about 2 tsp chopped ginger and 3 cloves garlic on medium low heat until browned
Add fresh or frozen peas, about 200 g. Add 60ml stock or 1/2 bouillon cube with 60ml water. (I used fresh peas, frozen may needess liquid)
Stir and cook for a few minutes. Then I covered to simmer and keep moisture for a couple more.
Voila, a delicious side!!
