Eid Sawaiyaan (Seviya, Sheer Khorma)
Best part about Eid!
Toast sawaiyaan in a little oil for about a minute

Add 4 cups whole milk

Dash of cardamom seeds. Or tsp for cardamom powder if you don’t like eating the seeds.

Sugar to your hearts desire.

Few drops of rose water or kewda water

2 cups heavy cream. This makes it so creamy and gooood!

Cook on med heat for 15-20 mins. Milk will thicken.

I like it this thick when its on the stove. It will thicken slightly more when cooled
