Salt For Boiling Water
Boil corn for 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool for 8 minutes.
Carefully slice the kernels off and place in a bowl. Yes, be careful they could still be hot.
Add your Kewpie, half of the cheese and half of the seasonings in your bowl and mix with a spoon.
Transfer to your serving dish and dress with the rest of your ingredients.
