Everything Yeast Bread Loaf
Mix the dough ingredients, then start adding additional flour, as needed.

Add flour until the dough wraps the hook and cleans the bowl.

Remove dough to floured surface and knead a minute or two.

Place into greased bowl, top side down, then flip over.

Cover bowl and set to rise until doubled.

Remove to floured surface and gently deflate.

Roll dough into 10x15-inch rectangle.

Combine Everything Mix ingredients.

Scatter Everything Mix evenly over dough and press into dough lightly.

Turn dough so the long 15-inch side is closest to you.

Roll up jelly-roll style.

Pinch seam together.

Turn dough log lengthwise.

Using a sharp knife, cut down the centre of the log.

Set the two pieces cut side up, about 1-inch apart.

Pinch the far end together.

Twist dough by laying right side piece over the left side piece.

Pinch together the end closest to you.

Transfer to greased 8 1/2 x 4-inch loaf pan.

Cover with plastic wrap and set to rise until it crests the pan by about 1-inch.
