Exercises For Waltz Jump On Roller Skates
Exercises you can do to perform a waltz jump!

First the basics! Take off: left outside edge

Keep chest upright and swing arms back while lifting right foot off the ground

Landing: right foot outside edge, look up and have arms out for balance

Remember to hold the left leg out for at least 3 seconds! You should be travelling in a curve

Exercise 1: hold the landing position on the spot - with the right foot on an outside edge

Exercise 2: practice the landing position while rolling!

Exercise 3: practice a full walk through of the waltz jump - remember the foot edges!
