Fajitas on the Double Burner Griddle!
Use the Pampered Chef Simple Slicer to quickly slice an onion.

Use the PC Quick Slice to chop the bell pepper.

You can also dice a jalapeño with it.

Using the Pampered Chef Double Burner Griddle, sauté the onions and peppers in oil. Stir often.

Add 2 cloves of pressed garlic and stir.

Remove veggies and add chicken seasoned with fajita seasoning.

Grate fresh cheese using the Adjustable Grater.

Flip the meat to cook on the other side using the chef tongs.

I like to butterfly my chicken to get a sear on the inside for the last minute of cooking.

Remove chicken from griddle and slice into pieces.

Add everything back to the warm griddle ready to serve.
