Fig And Chicken Panini
Place two slices of bread on a clean work surface.

Evenly spread the bread with softened butter on both sides. Place butter side down.

Spread a thin layer of fig jam evenly on both slices of bread.

Place cheese on both sides. Top with chicken. You can use shredded or sliced. Make into a sandwich.

Cook over medium heat and cover with a frying pan to weigh the sandwich down.

Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Place the pan back on and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the pan. Open the sandwich up and add arugula. Close and cut in half.
