Filet Mignon with Couscous Salad
Bring beef broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add asparagus, peas, leeks, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Return to a boil then turn off heat.

Place couscous in a large bowl. Pour in beef mixture and stir well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside.

Season steaks with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes.

In your bowl, stir in lemon zest and parsley.

Serve with steaks, and enjoy!
