Flaxseed Porridge With Avocado Mousse

Grind flaxseeds just before preparing the porridge. Otherwise they get oxidized and lose properties.

Add hot or warm water to flaxseeds, a bit of salt and mix it until porridge consistency.

Add coconut oil and mix

Cut avocado and banana and put it into the shaker or blender adding plant-based milk.

Blend it till mousse consistency.

Serve it with apple, cinnamon and cashews.

Or with cranberries, honey and peanut butter.

Or with mango. I also combined it with chia pudding.
