Flourless Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
100g Rolled oats 50g Dates 30g Chocolate 30g Oil 5g Cacao powder (Optional)
Preheat oven at 180C/356F. Put dates and oats in a food processor and pulse until the dates get small pieces.
Melt chocolate: Boil water in a pan, place a bowl of chocolate in it, and melt it in a water bath.
Mix ingredients: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
Form and bake: Put the mixture in a measuring spoon, press with a spatula to shape, and place on a silicone mat. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C/356F.
