Fluffy Gluten Free Multipurpose Dough

Ingredients

Is the yeast alive? Stir yeast&sugar in the warm water. Leave for 5 mins. Yeast should become FOAMY

Meanwhile mix the flour and salt

Add the active yeast mix and continue mixing until a sticky dough forms

Add the olive oil and knead the sticky dough

Cover and leave the dough to rise in the FRIDGE for around 12 hours

After 12 hours

Put olive oil on your hands and knead the dough to form a ball

On a baking paper, gently squeeze the dough ball with your oily fingers to form the base

Add the chosen topping. I made a manoucheh using thyme. Bake on medium heat until its golden brown
