Freezer Meal: Lasagna

Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.

Sauté the sausage and break up into small pieces.

Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese, Italian cheese blend (reserve 1 1/2 cups) and garlic.

Layer the lasagna alternating sauce, noodles and then the cheese mixture.

Top with sauce and remaining cheese.

Cover the lasagna with freezer paper (shiny side down). Then cover with foil lid to freeze.

Write the directions on the top and place in the freezer for up to 3 months.
