French Potatoes Gratin Dauphinoise
Butter the baking dish.
Slice the potatoes and add to a saucepan with the cream, seasoning and grated nutmeg. Stir over a medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the potato mix to the baking dish, dot with butter and cover with foil. Cook at 180C/350F
After 30 minutes remove the foil. Season and add more nutmeg.
After 30 minutes remove from the oven and serve.
