1 1/2 Cup
All Purpose flour
Make a well and add eggs, Olive Oil & Salt. Mix flour into eggs slowly. Mix from the inside out.
Knead dough for 15 minutes. Cover in plastic and let rest for 30 minutes.
Cut in half. Roll out dough evenly away, then back toward you. Flip dough and repeat.
Fold into thirds and cut into 1/4th inch strips.
Separate Pasta and toss with a dusting of flour.
Boil pasta in salted water until Al dente and top with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
