In small bowl, mix 2 tbsps of hot sauce + 2 tbsps of mustard

Pour over shrimp

Coat shrimp well. Place in fridge. Add oil to fryer and pre-heat to 425 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of flour with 2 tbsps cajun seasonings, 1.5 tbsps garlic powder, 1.5 tbsps salt.

Pull shrimp from fridge, whisk together 2 eggs and pour over shrimp, mix well.

Coat shrimp with flour and fry exactly 2 min

Notes: try recipe with cooked shrimp and raw shrimp to see what you like best. Rule of thumb is to use raw, but honestly I see no difference. Enjoy!
