Garlicky Kale Panzanella Salad

Cube 1 loaf of French bread and drizzle with olive oil

Add Italian seasoning and toast at 375 for 15 minutes

Mix 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic, minced garlic, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper

Pour over toasty bread and 2 cups shredded kale

Add 2 cups tomato and 1/2 cup red onion
