General Tso Chicken Stir Fry

3 Qt Micro Cooker
Gather your ingredients.
Whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces...
Coat with corn starch and 1 tbsp of marinade.
Heat oil in wok for 3-4 minutes.
Cook 2 cups rice and 3 cups water in micro cooker for 12 minutes.
Add chicken to Wok and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes.
Using Simple Slice, slice onion on setting 2.
Slice zucchini with Simple Slice on setting 2 as well.
Grate two peeled carrots with Veggie Strip Maker.
Take a break from veggies prep and flip chicken. Those brown bits are what you want.
Go back to veggies and grate half a purple cabbage with Veggie Strip Maker. It gets a little messy.
Deseed a red bell pepper and slice with Quick Slice into strips.
Remove chicken from pan (it will be mostly cooked), and add remaining oil to pan to sauté veggies.
Look at how colorful!!
Give them a toss and sauté 3-4 minutes.
Then add your chicken back in and that yummy marinade. Sauté 5 min or until chicken is cooked thru.
