German Nudel Gratin
Boil and drain 1 lb of elbow noodles

In a bowl, shred 4 oz Swiss Cheese and 4 oz White Cheddar Cheese. Mix to combine and set aside 1 cup of cheese mixture for later

In another bowl, add 2 cups Heavy Cream, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp Salt, a pinch of white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Whisk to combine and then add cheese and stir well

Add cream mixture to cooked macaroni and stir immediately

Pour into greased 9x13 pan and top with remaining 1 cup of cheese mixture

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees, then uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve. Yum!
