Unsalted Butter : 1 lbs

Pepper : 1/4 tsp, Curry Leaf soaked in buttermilk

In a medium size saucepan, Heat the butter in a medium flame.

Bring to boil.Top will begin to froth. Skim off any additional foam that collects on the top.

At this point add the pepper

Add curry leaf and switch off the flame

Ghee is ready.

Cool down. Filter the ghee with strainer and store it in a air-tight container.
