2 Chopped Bell Peppers
Gardein Beefless Ground
1/2 cup
Black Beans
7 Tortillas (Flour)
1 cup shredded
Lettuce
1 cup
Cheese
Cast Iron Skillet
Chop up peppers

Sautee peppers

Chop up lettuce

Cook your protein of choice

Preheat oven to 350

Arrange 6 tortillas on bottom of skillet

Add layer of cheese

Mix peppers and protein together

Add black beans to mix

Add mix to skillet

Add another layer of cheese

Fold over tortillas with one more tortilla in the center

Place in oven for 40mins

Remove from oven and let cool

Flip over out of skillet
